About Me

Why am I an artist, you ask? It’s a tale as old as time, the clichè response of “I just never got good at anything else”. And it’s true I guess.

I’m a neurotic homebody who games, draws, reads, and stress cleans in her spare time. Loud noises overwhelm me, but I will yell at you about my favourite characters and franchises. I get stressed when I’m not drawing but am constantly battling the urge to play Final Fantasy for twelve straight hours at a time. I can’t stand mess and clutter, but cannot seem to bring myself to fold my clothes and put them away after they dry, leaving them to hang on the clothes horse for days before I do so. I am a walking contradiction. Probably something to do with my Scorpio sun and Cancer moon. *shrugs*

School was rough for an anxious, socially awkward weirdo with no identity. That’s not meant to make you feel sorry for me - I am CERTAIN I’m not the only one who felt that way. But it’s okay. Entering the crazy world of tattooing has changed everything, in every which way. I’ve built boundaries, grown more resilient, and gained confidence in areas I’ve never had it before.

Thanks to this journey, my artistic skills are growing exponentially, and this brings me so much joy - so many of us creatives feel stuck and insecure about our artistic worth, and it’s so liberating to shake that off. This industry is a hard one, but I fall more in love with my job everyday. It’s crazy to think I almost gave up a few years in.

I get to create everyday and make people smile with pretty pictures. I get to grow alongside artists that want to better their skills and support each other. I’m so excited for the years to come - I have plans to create plenty of merch and art surrounding my other interests, not just tattoos. I want to create my own brand, and achieve so many things in life, creatively and spiritually.

So if I haven’t bored you already, watch my spaces because this girls gonna get sh** done. I’m so excited to hear project ideas from new clients, and to see how my style evolves and grows in the coming months and years. So if you’re not already, give me a follow on Instagram, and don’t miss any of the bits and pieces I’m hoping to achieve this year. You’ll likely find me at a few Australian tattoo expos here and there, at some of Adelaide’s gaming and anime conventions, and the occasional guest spot at other studios.

Soooooo. See ya there!
